Who we are and who may use ComicFire

ComicFire is operated by Skewed Ventures Private Limited, incorporated in Karnataka, India, CIN U74999KA2017PTC102832. Our registered office is #175 and #176, Dollars Colony, Phase 4, JP Nagar, Bannerghatta Main Road, Bengaluru 560076, Karnataka, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean this company; “you” means the person or business using ComicFire.

ComicFire is intended for people aged 18 or older using it for business or professional purposes, including sole traders and agencies creating work for clients. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to do so and permission to use the material you provide. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Accounts and the service

ComicFire helps you develop brand information, mascots, ideas, comics and export assets using AI-assisted tools. Keep your account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share or transfer your account to circumvent access controls.

You are responsible for your inputs and for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them, including their accuracy, suitability, advertising claims and third-party rights. ComicFire does not publish to social platforms on your behalf or guarantee audience engagement, sales or other marketing results.

Comic packs and included capabilities

ComicFire uses comic packs, not monthly subscriptions. Each pack has its own quantity and expiry. Your account shows your assigned packs and their deadlines. Eligible new accounts receive a one-time trial of 2 comics valid for 15 days from account creation. Other packs may currently be assigned manually; this does not mean they are available for purchase.

Pack terms are fixed when assigned. Later catalogue or price changes do not alter existing assignments. Packs remain separate: unused capacity does not roll over, merge, extend or revive after expiry. Available capacity excludes comics already created and work in progress. We use the eligible pack expiring soonest first.

Starting a comic reserves capacity; a comic is consumed only after successful creation. Authoritatively failed or cancelled generation releases its reservation. Closing your browser or losing a connection does not establish failure. Work accepted before expiry may finish afterward; a reservation released after expiry does not restore usable capacity. A new attempt requires available capacity.

Deleting, disliking or choosing not to approve a successfully created comic does not restore capacity. Existing comics remain viewable and downloadable after pack expiry. Three successful lifetime refinements and standard exports per comic remain included, subject to the applicable editing and approval controls. Pack expiry alone does not remove your existing comics; this is not a promise of perpetual hosting after account or service closure.

New standalone AI assistance for ideas, brand updates and mascot revisions requires available comic capacity but does not deduct comics. Operational safeguards and usage limits still apply. Manual content access and editing do not consume comics.

Future purchases and refunds

When paid packs become available, purchases will be one-time purchases without automatic renewal. Before you purchase, we will disclose the pack quantity, validity, currency, total price and applicable taxes. Purchased validity will begin at verified payment. Prices are not finalized, and this draft does not offer a pack for sale or promise a payment method.

We will not offer discretionary refunds for unused or expired capacity, or because a successfully generated comic does not meet your subjective preferences. This does not exclude mandatory rights or remedies, corrections for duplicate or incorrect charges, or remedies for non-delivery. Contact support about payment problems; these terms do not impose a shortened deadline that waives statutory rights.

Where applicable law provides withdrawal, cancellation or digital-service remedies, those rights remain available. Any required disclosures and consent for immediate performance must be addressed in the future purchase flow; this draft does not waive those rights.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain your rights in content you submit. You must have the permissions needed for us to process it and for your intended use, including permissions relating to brands, logos, images and identifiable people.

As between you and ComicFire, to the extent we hold transferable rights in outputs generated for you, we assign those rights to you. You may lawfully use, edit, publish and deliver those outputs to clients for commercial purposes, whether created using trial or paid capacity. Third-party rights remain unaffected.

AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyrightability or clearance of third-party rights. You must review outputs and obtain any additional permissions needed for your use.

ComicFire's software, website design, branding and other service materials remain ours or our licensors'. Permission to use your outputs does not grant ownership of the service or permission to imply our endorsement.

Processing, privacy and feedback

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service, support users, protect security and carry out the diagnostic purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including processing by service providers. This is not a transfer of ownership of your creative content.

The Privacy Policy is also a draft. It describes current operational limitations, including diagnostic evidence that may contain full creative inputs and outputs and an intended retention limit that is not yet enforced. Normal content deletion does not necessarily remove that evidence. Privacy requests go to privacy@comicfire.com.

Public showcases, testimonials, ComicFire model training and fine-tuning require separate authorization. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you permit us to use it to improve ComicFire without payment or attribution; this does not give us ownership of your comics or other creative work.

Acceptable use

Do not use ComicFire to create or distribute unlawful material, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, exploit people, impersonate people without consent, engage in targeted harassment, or commit fraud. Do not attack the service, gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users or circumvent security, pack limits or payment controls.

Lawful satire and fictional humour are permitted. You remain responsible for distinguishing fiction from deceptive claims and for substantiating advertising claims before publication. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to address a violation or comply with law.

Suspension and account closure

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms or legal requirements. We may act immediately for urgent security or legal risks. Otherwise, where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.

Contact support to request account closure. Where practicable and lawful, download the creative work you want to keep before closure using the existing workspace export capability. Workspace export is a creative-workspace download, not a complete statutory personal-data access response. Privacy requests are handled separately under the Privacy Policy. Closure does not remove rights or remedies that applicable law preserves.

Service changes and permanent closure

We may maintain or change ComicFire, subject to existing pack commitments and mandatory rights. If we permanently close the service, we aim to give at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to use workspace export where practicable. Keep downloaded copies of work you need; continued hosting is not guaranteed indefinitely.

If permanent closure prevents delivery of unused purchased capacity, we will reimburse it proportionately to the amount paid for that pack. Trial or complimentary capacity has no purchase amount to reimburse. This does not limit any additional remedy required by law.

Service limitations and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ComicFire is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate outputs or particular business results. Nothing here excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability and third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to ComicFire is limited to the fees you paid us for ComicFire in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Where legally permitted, we exclude indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, goodwill or business opportunities.

These limits do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

For business users, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs to the extent caused by your unlawful inputs or misuse of ComicFire in breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own wrongdoing. We will notify you promptly, permit your reasonable participation in the defence and not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your consent.

Governing law and disputes

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. This does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief or exercising mandatory rights. Indian law governs these terms, and disputes are subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, except where mandatory law provides different protections, applicable law or jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Changes to these terms

Before these terms become effective, we will publish an approved version with an effective date and provide an explicit in-app acceptance flow. This draft and a footer link are not records of your agreement.

We will give advance notice of material changes to effective terms and obtain renewed agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively alter the quantity or validity of assigned packs. The published terms will identify their effective date; no effective date has been assigned to this draft.

Contact us

For questions about these terms, account closure, payments or disputes, email support@comicfire.com. We do not promise a particular response time. For privacy matters, use the contact details in our Privacy Policy.
